DOYLESTOWN QUARTER MIDGET RACING CLUB
MEMBERSHIP FEES & JOINING PROCESS
all fees are subject to change FEES:
*QMA Regular (family) membership - yearly $75
*QMA Alternate (single) membership - yearly $25
Fees due by December 31st of every year
- *DQMRC one time initiation fee $50
- *DQMRC Regular (family) membership fee - yearly $50
- *DQMRC Alternate (single) membership - yearly $25
- *Insurance fee - yearly $10/person
- collected for each family member 5yrs & up *QMA Region II assesment fee - yearly $5/membership
***All renewal applications are due by Dec 31st***APPLICATION PROCESS:
*QMA application is filled out at the conclusion of the first meeting attended
*applicant must bring the following:
- each parent(handler) must provide a 1x1 passport size photo for QMA ID card
- any child living in same household under the age of 21yrs must provide 1x1 passport size photo for QMA ID card
- copy of birth certificate for all children under the age of 18(3 copies)
- Parent or legal guardian of the child must be a Regular member of QMA and DQMRC. Proof of legal guardiaship must be provided. Any grandparent/relative or friend can join as a Regular member or and Alternate member.
REQUIREMENTS:
*attend monthly meeting to be voted in to DQMRC as a temporary member
- meetings are every 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Peddler Inn on Rt322, just across from the track, 7:30pm. No meeting held in December
- *attend 3 club meetings, race 3 DQMRC weekly race events to be voted in
- as a full club member, within a 6 month period. Alternate members waive
- temporary membership
Along with QMA & DQMRC registration requirements, DQMRC has volunteer committees that enable the club to function at each weekly event. Even though racing quarter midgets is an individual sport members are expected to participate in these committees. |
